Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@blazedglass.com.au

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide a photo of the damage or defect. We will provide a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost to you. Return shipping will be covered by us for damaged or defective items.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will ship the exchanged item once we receive the original item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or because the product was damaged or defective.

BlazedGlass Cleaning & Care Guide

To get the best out of your smoking gear, regular cleaning and proper care goes a long way. Whether you're using a glass tobacco water pipe, gravity pipe, grinder, or any other accessories, keeping it clean means smoother sessions, better flavour, and longer-lasting pieces.

Water Pipes:

Rinse your pipe with warm water after every few uses to prevent build-up. For deep cleaning, use isopropyl alcohol (at least 91%) and coarse salt. Shake it around in the pipe to break down resin and gunk. Rinse well with hot water and let it dry fully before your next session. Clean your water pipe at least once a week if you're using it regularly.

Gravity Pipes:

Clean your gravity pipe the same way as a regular water pipe, using isopropyl alcohol and warm water. Disassemble any removable parts first, and clean them separately.

Grinders:

Take your grinder apart and brush out any leftover tobacco. For a full clean, soak metal grinders in isopropyl alcohol for 20–30 minutes, then scrub with a toothbrush or small brush. Rinse and dry completely. Avoid soaking wooden or plastic grinders, wipe those down instead.

Extra Tips:

• Change water pipe water daily for best taste and hygiene.
• Never use boiling water directly on glass, sudden temperature changes can crack it.
• Store your gear in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.
